Individualized Nutrition Analysis

$10 for a 45-60min appointment 
Meet one-on-one with a peer nutritionist to review your 3 day food journal, complete a body composition analysis test and review your dietary goals. To set up a consultation, follow the instructions below. Be sure to fill out the Nutrition Packet and bring it to the FitWell Center prior to your session. **Appointments are available during the academic school year only.

How to schedule an appointment with a Peer Nutritionist at LMU Campus Recreation using our online system:

  • **A processing fee will be applied to all online registration**

    • Create an Active Net Account 
      • Account creation instructions for LMU Students, Faculty, and Staff here
      • Account creation instructions for Burns Rec Members and Non Members here (does not include LMU Students, Faculty, and Staff)
      • You may visit the Active Net site to create your account here
    • Visit the ActiveNet site and sign in & book your nutrition consultation
    • Download and fill out the ‌Nutrition Packet Spring 2017 ‌, including the Questionnaire and the Food Log, and bring it to the FitWell Center prior to your consultation. The 3 day food log must include 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day to give a more accurate representation of your diet.
