Membership Registration

To register for a Burns Rec Membership, please visit the Membership Services Office 
located on the first floor of the Burns Recreation Center behind the front desk.

Guest Policy

  • Members may purchase up to ONE guest pass per visit. All guest passes are $5 per guest. Each guest must bring a valid photo ID indicating proof of age (i.e. driver's license) upon admittance. Members MUST stay in the facility for the entire duration of the guest visit and all guests must agree to abide by all Burns Rec Center rules and regulations.

Minor Policy
  • Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the facility unless supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. 
  • Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the Fitness Center or studios at at any time
  • Students under the age of 18 years old need parent permission/authorization to utilize Campus Recreation. Please complete the Campus Recreation Undergraduate Waiver 2015 to use recreation facilities.

 Membership Cancellation 

  • To cancel your membership, please call or stop by the Membership Office.  
  • **Full-time faculty/staff members using payroll deduction as a method of payment MUST fill out a payroll deduction cancellation form in the Membership Services office.
