How to Make an Appointment
You may call us at (310) 338-2868 or drop by our office during regular office hours to schedule an appointment. On-Line appointment scheduling is currently not available. When scheduling your appointment, you will need to have your LMU OneCard and your LMU Student ID # available.
Late Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
We have a limited number of counseling appointments available; therefore, we encourage you to keep your scheduled appointments. If you cannot keep an appointment, please cancel by calling our office at (310) 338-2868 at least 24 hours before the appointment (you may leave a message on our voice mail if you call after office hours or on weekends).
If you do not show for an appointment without cancelling in advance, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your student account will be charged $25.00.
Specific to missed appointments, we will assume that you have discontinued treatment and we will not automatically reschedule you for another appointment. You will need to speak to your therapist directly in order to reschedule. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in a loss of eligibility for our services and referral to services outside the University.
