Off Campus Bus Approval Process

If you would like to plan an off-campus event with alcohol and provided transportation please log in to LEO and complete the form for bus transportation. If you have questions or need assistance logging into LEO please contact Student Leadership and Development at 310-338-2877.

 

Included below are more directions and examples of the type of information that will be important to you when planning your event. Request documentation must be completed on LEO. 

If you are unclear if that is the type of event you are planning see page 63 of the LMU Community Standards and/or speak with your organization advisor or division representative. 

This process takes approximately one month. Please see  for details on paperwork to turn in and deadlines. Required documents are listed below.
