Below are important dates students should keep in mind when participating in the Alternative Breaks Program:

Sept 6 AB Info Session in St. Robert's Auditorium, 7-9pm
Sept 18 Participant Applications Due
Sept 18-28 Interviews at the CSA office for all student applicants
Oct 5 Participants will be notified about their acceptance through email
Oct 10 AB Community Welcome Night from 7-9pm in St. Robert's Auditorium (mandatory for all accepted AB participants); bring deposit, no exceptions
Oct 26

Staff & Faculty Training in St.Robert's Auditorium, 3-5pm

Oct 31 Participants will be notified about their scholarship status through email
Dec 3

50 percent of winter trip balance is due

Jan 26

Advocacy Teach-In, Location TBD, 9am-1pm (mandatory)

Feb 1 50 percent of spring and summer trip cost is due
Mar 9-16 AB Spring Break
Mar 22 Final payment due for all trips (including summer trips)
Mar 27  Post-Trip Re-orientation (mandatory)
April 9 & 11 AB Spring Film Festival
May 14-24 Summer trips
