Ryan Crosthwaite, Psy.D.

Clinical Interests/Specialty Areas:

Dr. Ryan Crosthwaite approaches work with clients through a calm, warm, and compassionate presence with a touch of levity. He uses a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Existentialism to support individuals as they work through the barriers preventing them from continued growth or pursuing their values. He enjoys working with folx with anxiety, depression, identity development, life transitions, and relationship concerns. 

About the Staff Member:

Dr. Ryan Crosthwaite obtained his PsyD in Clinical Psychology from California Lutheran University and holds a master’s degree in Counseling and Human Services from Indiana University. His primary clinical focus has been working in colleges and universities, with over four years of experience in the setting. Off the clock Ryan is an introverted geek who primarily enjoys spending time with his partner and daughter. Though he generally prefers to relax at home with a good TV series, movie, or video game, he also enjoys adventuring out for the sake of good food or the occasional road trip/hike.
