Frank Albergo

Originally from Metuchen, New Jersey, Frank earned his B.A. in Psychology from Ramapo College and his M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of San Francisco. Before joining LMU, Frank supported the CalGreeks community at UC Berkeley for five years.

During his tenure, he worked with all four of their governing councils, supported the students and student leaders through a wide variety of incidents and challenges, and provided community-wide education and training. He also collaborated with on-campus groups and city partners in support of the CalGreek community.

Frank is also a volunteer with the Association of Fraternity and Sorority Advisors and the NASPA Fraternity and Sorority Knowledge Community. In his free time, Frank enjoys playing volleyball and soccer, working out, reading, and stopping by the local museums.

 

Jenn Leal

Jenn Leal

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Jenn earned her B.A in Liberal Studies from LMU and her M.S. in College Student Development and Counseling from Northeastern University. As the Associate Director for Student Involvement, Jenn advises ASLMU and GSLMU. 

In her free time she loves to keep up with friends and family through FaceTime, hang out with her cat Nigel, and watch the latest rom com on Netflix.

Sabrina Merritt

Sabrina is originally from the Inland Empire, California. She earned her B.S. in Health Science from California State University, East Bay and her M.A. in Higher Education & Student Affairs from University of San Francisco. During both her undergraduate and graduate school experiences, Sabrina was heavily involved as a student leader by participating in several student organizations. 

In her free time, you can find Sabrina at a coffee shop!

Rainey Lynch

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Rainey attended Loyola Marymount University as an undergraduate student. She graduated with a B.A. in English and went on to serve Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women as a Traveling Leadership Development Consultant. One year later, she joined the Headquarters staff at Delta Kappa Epsilon International Fraternity as their very first Growth Consultant. Now, she is back on the Bluff and eager to give back to the LMU community as the Assistant Director of Sorority & Fraternity Life. In this role, Rainey advises chapter and council leaders to support the development and advancement of the LMU Sorority & Fraternity experience.

Rainey is passionate about keeping Sorority & Fraternity Life relevant on college campuses and widening the positive impact that our chapters have on our students, on our campus, and in our community. In her spare time, you can find her reading on the beach, playing volleyball, and exploring all the best vegetarian food in Los Angeles!

Isabella Ferrante

Originally from Monterey, California, Isabella earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California and her M.S. in Education with a concentration in Higher Education from California State University, Fullerton. In her role as Assistant Director of Sorority & Fraternity Life, Isabella is committed to supporting council and chapter leaders and promoting the growth of SFL at LMU. Isabella values the uniqueness of each students’ experience and sees the importance of connecting students to their campus community. In her free time Isabella enjoys working out, trying new coffee spots, and making charcuterie boards.

Jeanette Ramirez

Senior Administrative Coordinator

Jeanette is originally from Inglewood, California and joined the Student Leadership and Development team in 2021. She earned her B.A. in Sociology from California State University, Dominguez Hills and is currently attending LMU to earn a Master of Arts in Counseling. As the Coordinator, Jeanette plans senior programs and works directly with front desk student staff and together they ensure the office runs smoothly.

In her free time, you can find Jeanette at baseball tournaments, spending time with her family, and watching the latest romantic comedy! 

Victor Diaz

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Victor earned his B.A. in Psychology and M.Ed both from Arizona State University. Before joining LMU, Victor worked supporting the Greek Life community at Arizona State University for 3 years working with the Multicultural Greek Council, National Panhellenic Council and the Greek Leadership Village, which house 27 IFC & CPC chapter houses. 

Following his tenure at Arizona State University, Victor moved to the Bluff joining the Residence Life team at LMU as a Resident Director for 3 years. While working in ResLife Victor also served on the Executive Board of Directors for his Fraternity, Sigma Lambda Beta, in which he specialized in overseeing Membership Education & Accountability. In their role as the Program Specialist, Victor is dedicated to fostering community within SFL through impactful programming as well as the holistic development of both chapter and council leadership. Victor is passionate about creating a sustainable community in which all members of the SFL community have a place to which they can feel supported and valued. 

In his spare time, you can find Victor traveling with his dogs, Fynlee & Maple, hanging out with his cat, Storm, playing video games, enjoying sporting events and game nights with friends.
