LMU’s student organizations are the hub of student involvement, leadership, and excellence. These student-led organizations offer opportunities for everyone to get involved, contribute, lead, and make lasting friendships along the way. APSS advises 12 Asian Pacific Islander cultural registered student organizations.

Asian American Symposium

The Asian American Symposium is a collaborative initiative between the Asian American Studies Department, Asian Pacific Student Services, and LMU's student body. The Symposium highlights the importance of Asian American voices, stories, and scholarship. Held during the week of February 19, it honors the Day of Remembrance, commemorating the incarceration of Japanese American citizens and Japanese immigrants during World War II. Chinese Students and Scholars Association

Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) is for LMU's Chinese students to foster unity within the Chinese community and provide exposure to Chinese culture within the LMU community. Instagram: @lmu_cssa

Han Tao

Han Tao celebrates and explores the traditions and cultures of Chinese and Chinese-Americans through various events and activities through meetings and events both on and off campus. Instagram: @LMUHanTao

Indonesian Lions

Indonesian Lions (iLions) commits to fostering a sense of belonging and pride for Indonesian students at LMU by building a strong community. Instagram: @indoatlmu

Isang Bansa

Isang Bansa (IB) promotes and preserves the Filipino and Filipino-American cultures through academic, cultural, philanthropic, and social activities. Instagram: @IsangBansaLMU

Korean American Student Association

The Korean American Student Association promotes the education and enrichment of its members and the university community with aspects of Korean culture through involvement and participation in various social, cultural, and political activities. Instagram: @kasa_lmu

Nā Kōlea

Nā Kōlea (Na Ko) acts as a vehicle to ease the transition of the island students to California and college life and also as the preservers of the Aloha Spirit. Nā Kōlea teaches various facets of Hawaiian culture and dance and shares Hawaii's heritage with Hawaiian and non-Hawaiian students at LMU. Instagram: @LMUHawaiiClub
