A Second-Year Leadership Experience: Build Community. Develop Leadership. Thrive at LMU.

Juntos, "together," is a year-long, cohort-based experience designed to support second-year students as they navigate one of the most important transitions in their college journey. Rooted in the histories, experiences, and cultural traditions of Latine, Chicane, and Hispanic communities, Juntos helps students cultivate leadership skills, build meaningful relationships, and strengthen their sense of belonging at LMU.

Open to all LMU sophomore undergraduate students, Juntos provides participants with opportunities for personal growth, professional development, mentorship, and community engagement.
