Dr. Garcia employs strength-based, evidence-driven interventions in her therapeutic practice, with a focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and third-wave approaches. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development from California State University, Los Angeles, and completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles.

Dr. Garcia brings extensive clinical experience working with adolescents and college-aged individuals, addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and body image or eating concerns. Dr. Garcia prioritizes cultural humility, is fluent in Spanish, and is deeply committed to supporting Latinx and underserved populations. Her clinical interests also extend to suicide prevention and eating disorders.

Edith is the proud mother of a 2-year-old baby girl and a beagle named Snoopy, who is now watching her in doggy heaven. She enjoys working out, listening to music, and spending time with loved ones.
