Kelly Zellner's therapeutic style comes from a place of non-judgment, warmth, compassion, and understanding. She uses a combination of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and humanistic. She enjoys working with students from varying identities including, but not limited to, queer students, military connected students, transfer students, and formerly incarcerated and system impacted students. 

About the Staff Member:

In 2025, she earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of California, Los Angeles. She has experience working in residential treatment facilities with adolescents who had eating disorders, substance abuse, and adults who were previously incarcerated. She has worked with students at a college counseling center for the past two years. She was born and raised in Southern California in a military connected family. In her spare time, she enjoys engaging in art projects, listening to music, cooking and spending time with her cat.
