Headshot of Liz Donegan

Clinical Interests and Specialty Areas:

Liz Donegan brings a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to therapy. Her work is grounded in humanistic and existential perspectives, with particular attention to meaning, purpose, identity, and the ways people navigate change. She integrates talk and art therapy to support reflection, expression, and insight, and also draws on solution-focused and narrative approaches, with additional interest in somatic and eco-therapy. Her clinical interests include career or academic uncertainty, life transitions, identity development, perfectionism, anxiety and stress, mood concerns, and burnout. As someone who is bicultural herself, she values cultural humility and welcomes exploration of the ways culture, family, identity, and intersecting experiences shape how clients understand themselves and their lives.
