Unrecognized groups are not approved by Student Leadership & Development and not affiliated with Loyola Marymount University. Students joining an unrecognized group will not receive the same benefits and privileges of student organization membership.
The following groups are not recognized by Loyola Marymount University:
- California Philanthropy Group (Cal Phi)
- Kappa Sigma
- Sigma Alpha Epsilon
- Zeta Phi Rho
