Michael Mckenney

Michael Mckenney

Michael's passion for health and fitness developed largely in high school where he participated in wrestling, cross country and track for 4 years. He began searching for a new outlet after graduation, and discovered one of his biggest passions – competitive bodybuilding. "I've always had a smaller frame, but I found that with positive encouragement and a desire to shape the best version of my own physique I was able to win first place in the lightweight category in my first show."

He's since developed a strong passion for nutrition and strength training, and can't wait to help you reach your goals!

Samantha Goodyear

Samantha Goodyear

"Fitness is a world that I have grown to love, and I believe it can improve our lives in so many ways." Sam has been a competitive athlete her whole life, and hopes to bring that same passion and energy to her trainings. She strongly believes that working out should be a fun and stress-free activity. She wants to help everyone find something about fitness they can enjoy, whether it be the accomplishment they feel afterward, or the fact that there is always something new to discover about themselves. "I can't wait to help you on your journey!"

Amanda Gordon

Amanda Gordon

Living healthy is truly a way of life for Amanda. These last few years, she's fallen in love with weightlifting. It allowed her to feel healthy and confident with herself. She struggled for years with dieting and trying to find an exercise routine that gave her the results she wanted. Weightlifting turned her life around, and inspired her to become a fitness professional so she could share her love of fitness with others to help them enhance their lives as she did. "I am dedicated to helping others navigate their own fitness journeys so that they can become healthier, stronger and more confident!"

She's played competitive sports such as soccer, cross country, ski racing, swimming, lacrosse, gymnastics, softball, and horseback riding for most of her life. "Since I can remember, I've had a passion for improving the overall mind, body, and spirit in not only myself, but others as well." She's found in her experiences that by moving the body through safe and meaningful movements, humans can create more fulfilling lives for themselves. She believes in balance, and it's her goal to show her clients that through a healthy lifestyle they can honor their body and become the best version of themselves.
