Area Offices

There are four Student Housing Area Offices that provide a number of services to on-campus LMU students. Area Offices are open during the academic year and locations and hours can be found below.

Services provided at the Area Offices include One-Hour Lockout Cards, checking in and out of housing, free toilet paper and trash bags, and the ability to check out moving bins, recreational equipment, vacuums, and other cleaning supplies.

Area Office Hours

Monday-Friday: 8:00 am-10:00 pm

Saturday-Sunday: Noon-9:00 pm

*During move-in and move-out periods, please consult your e-mail or the Student Housing Portal for specific check-in hours.

North Area Office: Founders Pavilion
- Serving Desmond, Rosecrans, Whelan, Del Rey South, Del Rey North

South Area Office: Leavey Center, Suite J (across from McKay Hall)
- Serving Hannon, Tenderich, McKay, LMU Houses

East Area Office: Palm South
- Serving Palm North, Palm South, Doheny

West Area Office: Leavey 6, Suite 201
- Serving Leavey 4, Leavey 5, Leavey 6, O'Malley, Rains, McCarthy
