Area Offices

There are four Student Housing Area offices that provide a number of services to on-campus LMU students. Area offices are open during the academic year, and locations and hours can be found below.

Services provided at the Area offices include one-hour lockout cards, checking in and out of housing, toilet paper and trash bags, and the ability to check out moving bins, vacuums, and other cleaning supplies.

Please Note: One-hour lockout cards cannot be issued during the final hour of Area Office operations. During that time, residents should contact the RA on Duty for lockout assistance.

Summer Operations Notice: During summer, the West Area Office will remain open and will close daily from 12:00 p.m. - 1 p.m. All other Area Offices will be closed for the summer. Students may also visit the main Student Housing Office in Leavey 6, Suite 101 for additional assistance. Summer office hours are reflected below.
