  • GoodRx is offering free online health care provider visits to Los Angeles area residents impacted by the wildfires. The visits can be used to get refills for essential medications that were left behind or destroyed in the fires. It can also be used for fast and easy treatment for a variety of conditions including the flu, a UTI, and more. The service can be accessed online and Los Angeles residents can use the code LA-GOODRX-CARE.
  • CVS Health is actively supporting its customers, members, provider partners and colleagues as they respond to the California wildfires. The company prioritizes the health and safety of impacted communities and is dedicated to providing access to the products and services they need. 
  • Student Health Insurance - Aetna is here to help with benefits information, resources and support for our California members who’ve been impacted by the wildfires in Los Angeles.

Crisis Response

  • Crisis Text Line - When someone is in crisis, they can text HOME to 741741 to connect with a Crisis Counselor who will help them move from a hot moment to cool and calm.
  • Disaster Distress Helpline call or text 1-800-985-5990 - from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration offers the first national hotline dedicated to providing year-round disaster crisis counseling. This toll-free, multilingual, crisis support service is available 24/7 to all residents in the U.S. and its territories who are experiencing emotional distress related to natural or human-caused disasters.
  • 988 Lifeline - Whether you're facing mental health struggles, emotional distress, alcohol or drug use concerns, or just need someone to talk to, our caring counselors are here for you.
